Chain Consultant
Overview:
The Consultant is responsible for analysis, design and implementation
of procurement process and organizational design. Works with clients and
internal personnel to provide solutions to complex business issues.
Required Performance
Metrics:
A) Communication:
advanced facilitated leadership skills. Able to effectively communicate
across organizational boundaries. Excellent written and visual communication
skills.
B) Supervision: directs both internal and client project teams in collaboration
with management and leadership teams.
C) Work Products: able to produce defined project deliverables completely
within time and expense parameters. Highly developed professional presentation
skills.
Job Duties:
1. Develop project
plans that meet or exceed client expectations.
2. Complete detailed commodity analysis and development of client focused
solutions.
3. Work with client leadership teams to integrate commodity management
and purchasing organization design to corporate strategy.
Education/Experience:
Minimum Bachelors Degree, Masters – MBA, MSA or equivalent –
preferred 5+ years internal or external supply chain consulting experience. |
