Our outsourcing services fulfill different client needs:

For example, one client had deployed SAP in most of their divisions across the globe. Since it was not cost effective to deploy SAP in one of their smaller divisions, they outsourced that groups needs to us. We were able to simultaneously meet the fields’ purchasing needs without SAP and load the purchase history into the corporate SAP to aid the strategic buyer's contract needs. We take requisitions from the field, perform bids when possible, expedite shipping, communicate status to the field, handle exportation of goods through a partner firm, and deal with many supplier issues for this client.

Another example comes from a company that deployed SAP in all of its divisions regardless of size. The smaller locations use us to make SAP work for them, from processing PO’s to updating catalogs to developing contracts.

A typical small company or small division example: we help out in time of need (and go away when the need is gone). Our resources do the bid tabs, project buying and other resource intensive activities when project loads increase. We staff each project with the specific expertise required for that project, versus the client having to on-the-job-train an internal expert and not need that expertise again for many years.

We have also worked with some clients to completely outsource their Supply Chain activities, e.g., overseas clients or divisions of clients needing representation in the United States. This also applies to clients undergoing drastic downsizing, or “right-sizing” as it is often called. We work with those clients to ‘adopt’ many of their former employees to enhance continuity, while still giving them the savings their organization requires.
