Chris Katthage is a former US Marine, who chose a career in Recruiting in order to help people obtain the perfect job and achieve both personal and professional satisfaction. Chris finds that the most rewarding part of his job is receiving an email or card from either the employee or client expressing their gratitude and excitement. He intends to meet and exceed his personal and required monthly goals and add value to the 17thFloor and Wise Men through accuracy, dependability, and honesty. His motivation and inspiration come from his beautiful daughter and his incredible urge to spoil her. Chris is also very determined and dedicated in working out and staying fit. |

Before joining the 17th Floor as a Recruiter, Megan Ramsey worked for an internationally recognized recruiting firm.  She posses 3 years experience in recruiting from all ends of the spectrum; from general laborers to CEO’s of major operating companies. Megan finds that being in this part of the HR field is very rewarding, especially finding the perfect fit for our client and our candidate. Megan graduated from Kingwood High School and earned Bachelors in Psychology, with sociology minor, from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

Helen Skacel is responsible for business development and change management consulting for 17th Floor. Helen comes from a performance management and organizational development background having several years experience in Training, Human Resource Management, and Leadership Development. 
Prior to joining 17th Floor, Helen has worked for various successful start-up companies and private practices, but her field expertise comes from several years of experience working for the top investment banks in New York City, where her main focus was executive coaching for high potentials, change management, and culture change initiatives. She also developed various tools and processes to drive talent management programs. Helen’s main goal is to expand 17th Floor’s client-base by building long-term relationships. Her vision is to establish Wise Men/ 17th Floor as “The Top IT and Supply Chain Consulting and Staffing Firm”.
Helen holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Texas in Austin. She obtained a Masters in Organizational Psychology, with a specialization in “Organizational Consultation and Leadership Development” from Columbia University in New York City. She also holds a certification from The International Center for Cooperation & Conflict Resolution, Teachers College-Columbia University. Helen is an active member of the NAPM-ISM. She is also active at Saint Michael’s Catholic Church and enjoys volunteering at the ASPCA. Her hobbies are collecting European art deco antiques, yoga, and tennis. She plans to pursue a PhD in Organizational Behavior.
