Juuhi Ahuja (Juuhi)
President and CEO
    

As the founder of Wise Men, Juuhi is the driving force behind one of the fastest growing minority owned companies in Houston. Juuhi started her career working for an Insurance company based in New York City. She has been a successful entrepreneur since 1994. Juuhi founded "Wise Men" with a vision to be a top executive search firm for mid to senior level business and technical professionals. She soon increased the scope of services to include contract placements. Realizing that the majority of clients are looking beyond just a service and that competition is immense, Juuhi teamed with like-minded professionals to offer high quality value added staffing talent. 

Juuhi is responsible for overseeing WiseMen's overall business operations. Specific responsibilities include administration and finance, plus running the staffing and recruitment segment of the business, & she also plays a key role in strategy and business development.

Juuhi holds a Bachelors degree with a concentration in commerce & economics and a Masters in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance from New York Institute of Technology. She has an additional formal educational background in yoga and stress management techniques. Juuhi is also an active member of the Houston Minority Business Council (HMBC), a Women Business Enterprise National Council member (WBENC), and winner of the prestigious 2001 Emerging Business (E-10) Award presented by the HMBC.

    
Paul Hicks

Mr. Hicks is directly responsible for the business operations, vision and success of the 17th Floor. PaulAs the former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of The Procurement Centre (TPC), Mr. Hicks was instrumental in developing the concept behind TPC and implementing its business plan. TPC was formed in July 1996 and was profitable after its first four months. In 1999, TPC was the fourth fastest growing privately held company in Houston, TX, according to the Houston Business Journal and Arthur Andersen. Prior to TPC, Mr. Hicks was co-owner of Sisco (Service Industrial Supply Company) from 1980 to 1995. He was responsible for establishing partnering arrangements with companies such as Enron, Duke, CNG, Transco, Columbia Gulf, Shell and El Paso.
